Q: How to make payment?

You can use you Points on Minerfixes. After your payment is confirmed by customer service, we will provide a proforma invoice, and then we will prepare for shipment.

Q: What are the available shipping methods?

A: 1) Specialized air and sea freight channels, where we will take care of customs clearance and import duties payment.
2) DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other express courier services, where the buyer is responsible for customs clearance and duty payment. If you require a lower declared value, please communicate with our sales team in advance.
3) If the buyer has a freight forwarder in China, we usually default to using SF Express with freight collect, where the forwarder covers domestic shipping costs. Additionally, any risks associated with international transportation will not be the seller's responsibility. If the freight forwarder is unable to cover shipping costs, please coordinate with our sales team in advance.
