ZMR500FTA

ZMR500FTA is a 5V miniature voltage regulator with internal current limiting function, which can be shut down under thermal overload conditions, making the equipment difficult to damage. This circuit design provides extremely low quiescent current, which is very suitable for low-power applications. The initial devices in this series can be adjusted to 2.5 or 5V, and the drive capability is up to 50mA. It is very suitable for DVD/Blu-ray players, CD-ROMs, set-top boxes, low-power microcontroller power supplies and local low-current power supplies in large systems.
