UCC27524DGN

UCC27524DGN is a dual-channel high-speed low-side gate driver device that can effectively drive MOSFET and IGBT power switches. The driver has a matched internal propagation delay between the two channels. This delay is ideal for applications that require dual gate drives with critical timing, such as synchronous rectifiers. This also makes it possible to connect two channels in parallel to effectively improve current drive capability or to drive two switches in parallel with one input signal.
