The NB685 provides the highest density complete power supply for DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR3, and DDR4 memory. It is a converter chip with high frequency, synchronous, rectification, step-down, and other characteristics. It is mainly used to repair the Antminer control board.

The NB685 operates highly efficiently over a wide output current load range based on MPS proprietary switching loss reduction technology and internal low Ron power MOSFETs.

Full protection features include OC limit, OVP, UVP, thermal shutdown, and over-temperature warning (OTW).

The converter requires a minimum number of external components and is available in a QFN 3mm * 3mm package.
