The S9XP silicone grease stencil is used to help the ASIC chip evenly and quickly apply thermal grease so that the heat sink can be installed and upgraded smoothly and heat transfer can be achieved to achieve a better heat dissipation effect. Note that due to the different positions of the stencil holes, the stencil is only suitable for installing upgraded heat sinks, not for installing water cooling plates.
This S19XP silicone grease steel mesh set is divided into three pieces: S19XP-TOP left, S19XP-TOP right, and S19XP-BOT.
S19XP-TOP left and S19XP-TOP right
These two stencils apply thermal grease to the ASIC chip of the S19XP hash board respectively. Because the positions of the chips on the left and right sides are asymmetrical, it is necessary to distinguish the two different steel meshes on the left and right.
Install the stencil to the corresponding chip position, then apply silicone grease on the stencil and scrape it evenly with a scraper. Then, fix the upgraded heat sink on the hash board with screws.
S19XP-BOT
This stencil is used to apply silicone grease to the three radiators of different sizes on the back of the S19XP. The S19XP-BOT stencil is designed in one piece, which can apply silicone grease to the three radiators at the same time, which is convenient and fast. After applying the silicone grease, the three heat sinks can be installed on the hash board, and then fixed with screws.
This picture is the back of the S19J PRO 104T upgrade heat sink. The S19XP upgrade heat sink is subject to the actual situation, but the installation method is the same and can be used for mutual reference.
