ICL7667CBA+ is a dual inverting power MOSFET driver in an 8-pin NSOIC package. This monolithic MOSFET driver is designed to convert TTL input to high voltage/high current output. Its low latency and conversion time make it ideal for driving power MOSFETs used in switching power supplies, motor controllers, and DC to DC converters. The delay time is almost independent of VDD. The high-current output inverter can quickly charge and discharge the gate capacitance of the largest power MOSFET. Due to the rapid change/discharge of the gate capacitance of the power MOSFET, the high speed of the device minimizes the power loss of the switching power supply and DC-DC converter.
