S29AL016J70TFI010 is a 16MB CMOS flash memory, organized into 2097152 bytes or 1048576 words. Word-wide data appears on DQ15-DQ0, and byte-wide data appears on DQ7-DQ0. The device can also be programmed in a standard EPROM programmer. The device only needs a 3V power supply to achieve read and write functions.
