STI3472 is a fully integrated, high-efficiency 600KHz, 18V, 2A synchronous rectification step-down converter located in the U2 position of the Whatsminer control board, and the silkscreen is S42B. STI3472 allows efficient operation in a wide output current load range. It provides two operating modes, PWM control and PFM mode switching control, which can achieve high efficiency in a wider load range. Packaged in a ROHS-compliant 6-pin SOT23 package.
