The 74HC08 is a quad 2-input AND gate. The input includes clamping diodes. This enables a current-limiting resistor to connect the input to voltages above VCC, and it is a high-speed silicon-gate CMOS device and is pin-compatible with low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). It is located on the Whatsminer CB4-V10 control board.
