AZ431AN-ATRG1

AZ431AN-ATRG1 is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator that can ensure thermal stability over the entire operating range. It has sharp turn-on characteristics, low temperature coefficient and low output impedance, making it an ideal replacement for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supplies, chargers and other adjustable regulators.

The output voltage of AZ431AN-ATRG1 can be set to any value between VREF (2.5V) and the corresponding maximum cathode voltage (36V). The AZ431AN-ATRG1 precision voltage reference provides two voltage tolerances: 0.4% and 0.8%. The IC has 3 kinds of packages: TO92 (bulk or ammunition packaging), SOT23 and SOT89.
