AT24C02D I²C-Compatible (Two-Wire) Serial EEPROM 2K bits (256*8) The AT24C02D is a 2 Kb serial EEPROM using an I²C (2-wire) serial interface. The device is organized into a 256*8 block and optimized for industrial and consumer applications, with a Schmitt trigger for noise-rejected filtered inputs.
