AP3410 1.5MHz Synchronous Buck DC-DC Converter 

The AP3410 is a high efficiency synchronous rectified step-down DC to DC voltage converter. Chip operation is optimized by a peak current mode architecture with built-in synchronous power MOSFET switches. Both the oscillator and timing capacitors are built in, providing an internal constant switching frequency of 1.5MHz and an output current of 1.2A, allowing the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors in portable product implementations. Features integrated soft-start (SS), under voltage lockout (UVLO), thermal shutdown detection (TSD), and short-circuit protection.

The AP3410 is available in a SOT-23-5 package.
