LM4040AIM3-5.0/NOPB is a precision micropower shunt voltage reference, which is very suitable for space-constrained applications. LM4040AIM3-5.0/NOPB uses fuses and Zener reverse breakdown voltage trimming during wafer sorting to ensure that the accuracy of the main components is better than ±0.1% (Class A) at 25°C. The band gap reference temperature drift curvature correction and low dynamic impedance ensure stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide operating temperature and current range.
