IS25LP256D-JLLE serial flash memory provides a highly flexible multi-function storage solution and performance in a simplified pin-count package. ZEUS MINING's "Industry Standard Serial Interface" flash memory is used in systems that require limited space, low pin count and low power consumption. The device is connected to the SPI interface through 4-wires. It is composed of serial data input (SI), serial data output (SO), serial clock (SCK) and chip enable (CE#) pins, which can also be configured as Multiple I/O.

The device supports dual and quad I/O as well as standard, dual output and quad output SPI. These transfer rates can surpass 16-bit parallel flash memory allowing efficient memory access to support XIP operations.
