In theory it is possible.
1) On a site with pools, select a coin with the SHA 256 algorithm. I’m looking here

2) Go inside and choose a pool that you like.
3) On the pool website, get its address and connection port.
4) enter all this in the miner settings (well, when you enter the IP method in the browser search bar)
5) Launch
