 T9+ board 12V is abnormal, clamp points lower than 2.8V. And the last five voltage domains only have 1.5V.


Response:


  • The clamp circuit for the 12V is divided into 3/1 and 3/2. The voltages at these three clamp points are normal.
  • If the 12V is not correct, it means there is an issue with the power supply itself.
  • The actual fault on the board may be related to insufficient voltage in a specific voltage domain, possibly due to a short circuit in the 1.8V domain.
