LM317HVK STEEL/NOPB is a high-voltage three-terminal adjustable voltage regulator with overload protection. Provide overload protection such as current limiting, thermal overload protection and safe zone protection to make the equipment explosion-proof. Even if the regulating terminal is disconnected, the overload protection circuit can still maintain complete functions.

Please note: The device has limited built-in ESD protection. During storage or handling, the leads should be shorted together or the device should be placed in conductive foam to prevent static electricity from damaging the MOS gate.
