LM431ACZ

LM431ACZ is a 3-terminal adjustable shunt regulator that can ensure temperature stability over the entire operating temperature range. Simply select two external resistors used as a voltage divider network to set the output voltage to any level higher than 2.5 V (VREF) to 36 V. Due to its fast turn-on characteristics, this device is an excellent replacement for many Zener diode applications. LM431ACZ is available in space-saving SOIC-8, SOT-23 and TO-92 packages.
