SY8113CADC Chip

The SY8113C is a high-efficiency 1MHz synchronous step-down DC-DC converter chip capable of delivering 3A. The SY8113C operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and integrates main and synchronous switches with very low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction losses.

1MHz switching frequency enables low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor size. It uses an instant PWM architecture for fast transient response for high buck applications.
