VLA502-01
VLA502-01 is a hybrid integrated circuit designed for driving IGBT modules. The device is a completely isolated gate drive circuit, composed of an optimally isolated gate drive amplifier and an isolated DC-DC converter. The gate driver provides overcurrent protection based on desaturation detection.
