TPS61023

TPS61023 has a typical 3.7A valley switch current limit over the entire temperature range. TPS61023 has a wide input voltage range from 0.5V to 5.5V, supports super capacitor backup power applications, and can deeply discharge super capacitors.

When the input voltage is higher than 1.5V, TPS61023 operates at a switching frequency of 1MHz. When the input voltage is lower than 1.5V to 1V, the switching frequency is gradually reduced to 0.5MHz. TPS61023 enters power saving mode under light load conditions to maintain high efficiency over the entire load current range. The TPS61023 consumes 20µA of quiescent current from V OUT under light load conditions.
