The ISL21080CIH325Z-TK analog voltage reference has an ultra-low 310nA typical value and 1.5µA maximum operating current with low supply voltage operation. In addition, the ISL21080CIH325Z-TK has a guaranteed initial accuracy as low as ±0.2% and a temperature coefficient of 50ppm/°C.
These references are ideal for general portable applications and can extend battery life at a lower cost. The ISL21080 uses the industry standard 3 Ld SOT-23 pinout. ISL21080 output voltage can be used as a precision voltage source for voltage monitors, control loops, DSPs, FPGAs, data path controllers, microcontrollers, and other core voltages for low-power state standby voltages: 0.9V, 1.024V, 1.25V, 1.5V, 2.048V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 4.096V and 5.0V.
