MIC4452YN

MIC4452YN is a 12A peak low-side MOSFET driver for use with line drivers and local power on/off switches. The CMOS MOSFET driver is robust, efficient and easy to use. MIC4452YN is a non-inverting driver. This version can provide 12A (peak) output, and can drive the largest MOSFET, and has a higher safety margin. The proprietary circuit allows the input to swing up to 5V without damaging the components. The additional circuit can prevent electrostatic discharge damage.
