ICL7667CBAZA
ICL7667CBAZA is a dual monolithic high-speed driver designed to convert TTL level signals into high current outputs with voltages up to 15V. Its high speed and current output enable it to drive large capacitive loads with high slew rate and low propagation delay. The output voltage swing of ICL7667CBAZA is only a few millivolts smaller than the power supply voltage, and the maximum power supply voltage is 15V, which is very suitable for driving power MOSFETs in high-frequency switch-mode power converters. The high current output of ICL7667CBAZA minimizes the power loss in the power MOSFET by quickly charging and discharging the gate capacitance.
