The TL431ACLPG programmable precision reference has a low output noise voltage. The TL431ACLPG integrated circuit is a programmable shunt regulator diode. The monolithic IC voltage reference operates as a low temperature coefficient Zener diode and can be programmed from Vref to 36V through two external resistors. The device has a wide operating current range of 1 to 100mA, with a typical dynamic impedance of 0.22R. The characteristics of this reference make it an excellent alternative to Zener diodes in many applications.
