S25FL128LAGNFV010 is a 128Mbit (16Mbyte), 3.0V FL-L flash memory device in an 8-pin WSON package. It is a flash non-volatile memory product using 65nm floating gate process technology. Supports traditional SPI single-bit serial input and output (single I/O or SIO) and optional two-bit (dual I/O or DIO), four-bit wide quad I/O (QIO) and four peripheral interfaces ( QPI) command. In addition, there are double data rate (DDR) read commands for QIO and QPI, which can transmit addresses and read data on both edges of the clock. It is ideal for mapping code to RAM, directly executing code (XIP), and storing reprogrammable data.
