L6384ED

L6384ED is a high voltage gate driver, manufactured using BCD™ offline technology, capable of driving half bridges of power MOS or IGBT devices. The device has an input pin, an enable pin (DT/SD) and two output pins, and guarantees the matching delay between the low-side and high-side parts, thereby simplifying the high-frequency operation of the device. The logic input is compatible with CMOS/TTL to simplify the interface with the control device.
