UCC27714D

UCC27714D is a high/low-side gate driver with 4A source current and 4A sink current capability, designed to drive power MOSFET or IGBT. The device includes a ground-referenced channel (LO) and a floating channel (HO), and is designed for the use of bootstrap power supplies. The device accepts a wide range of bias power input from 10V to 20V and provides UVLO protection for the VCC and HB bias power pins.
