Electric tin suction device / Electric desoldering pump / Electric heating soldering gun
When repairing hash boards, it is common to encounter large tin spots or bottoms of pins that are difficult to remove with a soldering iron. Electric tin suckers are designed for this purpose. The components can be easily removed from the circuit board without damaging the components and the circuit board, and the advantages are more prominent for the replacement of integrated circuits, multi-foot switches, and the like. It utilizes the powerful suction of a vacuum pump to adsorb and remove tin. At the same time as tin suction, the tin suction nozzle will heat the tin point to melt the tin, so that it will be sucked out by the vacuum pump instantly.
Product parameters:
Heating power 30W
Electromagnetic power 350W (instant)
Working voltage 220V 50Hz
Operation method:
1: Turn on the power and preheat for about 3 minutes.
2: Align the front end of the nozzle with the tin point to be removed, and melt the solder.
3: Press and hold the tin suction button to suck the tin into the tin can.
4: Release the tin suction button and spray tin slag
Clean and replace
First, remove the accumulated solder slag, and then clean the tin slag in the hose.
Unscrew the cap counterclockwise and pour out the suction residue in the hose.
The suction nozzle can be removed and replaced by twisting the suction nozzle in a counterclockwise direction with a vise.
Precautions when using the electric tin suction device:
1 When replacing the nozzle, it must be replaced during heating otherwise, the heating core will be twisted off, and then it will not work properly. (Be careful to prevent burns)
2. Press the switch several times before the work is completed to spray clean the solder stored in the heating core. The next use will not be affected.
3. If it is found that the heating core is blocked, the solution (heat the tin absorber for 2-3 minutes, unscrew the front cover, and use an electric soldering iron to dissolve the solder at the same time, and it can be used normally).
4. When working abnormally during use, do not press the switch frequently
5. When the power is turned on, the temperature of the tip is between 200°C and 480°C,
Never touch metal parts of the tip attachment.
Do not use the machine under inflammable and explosive objects and environments.
The power should be turned off during breaks and when finishing work.
