Thermal grease is a high thermal conductivity insulating silicone material. It is not easy to cure the state of silicone grease. It has insulating thermal conductivity and low oil separation. It is generally used to fill the gap between the radiator and the hash board. The larger the thermal conductivity, the better the thermal conductivity and the more stable the thermal conductivity. The higher the power, the higher the thermal conductivity of the parameter is recommended, and the higher the heat dissipation requirement is, the higher the thermal conductivity of the thermal grease is recommended.

At the same time, it also has completely different defoaming properties from ordinary silicone grease, and its special viscosity can easily discharge tiny bubbles during installation and extrusion, making its thermal conductivity more stable.
