Usage:
1. Set the temperature of the constant temperature heating platform at about 300-330 degrees, and wait for the heating platform to heat up to the set temperature. Note: Be sure to wear anti-high temperature gloves when operating to prevent burns. The temperature can not be set too high; too high will damage the chip.
2. Apply Soldering oil/paste around the chip that needs to be replaced. Note: Before applying Soldering oil/paste, the chip needs to be cleaned with a scraper and plate washing water.
3. When the temperature rises to about the set temperature, you can put the hash board on the heating platform for heating. The heating time is about 1 minute. When you see that the tin of the chip pins begins to melt, gently clamp it with tweezers. Slowly lift the chip. Remove the chip
4. When replacing the chip, you need to use ferrochrome to clean up the chip pins. If the solder on the chip pins on the PCB is not full enough visually, you need to fill the chip pins with tin. After the chip pins are clean, you can put the hash board on the heating platform and heat it up, After seeing the Soldering pins melted, use tweezers to place the replaced chip on the Soldering pins, and you can apply some soldering oil around the chip properly, and then adjust gently with tweezers until all the pins of the chip correspond to the PCB board. 5. After replacing the chip, wait for the Hash board to drop to the normal temperature, and then test the ground value of the chip signal. If there is no abnormality in the ground value, it means that there is no problem with the chip welding, and you can test it again on the machine. Note: The ground value of the chip signal can be compared with the value of other good chips.
