Arctic MX-5 thermal paste is used to fill the uneven gap between the ASIC chip and the heat sink and fundamentally improve the heat transfer effect. It is one of the common tools for repairing and welding ASIC chips. The silicone grease is packaged in a needle tube, which quickly and conveniently cools down. The silicone grease comes with a spatula for easy application. Arctic MX-5 adds a new optimized thermally conductive compound for improved heat transfer efficiency and longer life. Precautions for use:

1. When applying silicone grease, the surface of the ASIC chip top cover and the radiator base should be cleaned first. If the residue has dried and hardened, it is recommended to wipe it with a cloth dipped in isopropyl alcohol. Stubborn hardening can be rubbed off with light pressure.

2. The needle tube design is convenient for applying silicone grease, which can be applied evenly using "five-point type," "x-shaped," or with the help of a combined spatula.
