Use the BitAxe www.bin version 2.0.7, it is exactly the same as the Lucky Miner 2.3.0
The only thing that changed is the name in the upper right corner, I tell you this because I already tried to request the Lucky Miner www.bin and the only thing they told me is that the factory did not release it
I think it's more of a hardware and temperature problem than a firmware problem. I had the same problem as you, the miner didn't work for more than 2 hours so I made a mod to cool the back of the miner because only the back reached 50°C (122°F) without counting the temperature of the main chip. I checked it with my infrared thermometer and when it was completely closed some component overheated and to avoid problems it restarted for protection.
That answer may vary from chip to chip, some chips may be better than others (that's part of the silicon lottery) but you can try different configurations until you reach a stable configuration, in my case the most stable configuration I have is 575/1200, any lower in frequency it doesn't reach the hash rate it should work at.
It would be great if in future firmware updates in the Overview section of the IP website you could view the Wi-Fi connection like on cell phones to see how good the signal the miner receives.
