Insert MicroSD card into computer and format to FAT32.
Unzip the downloaded image file and copy the contents to the MicroSD card.
Edit the file named passwd.txt, and set a password.
Remove the MicroSD card from the computer and insert it into the card slot on the control board.
Power on the control board. Allow about 30 seconds for the files to load automatically. When loaded, the red and green indicator lights on the control board will blink. (Different models may require different time to complete this process)
Power on the miner and access the miner interface. If you could use the password you just set to get into the interface, then you've succeeded recovering the program.
Possible solutions to solve the flashing failure
1. Reformat the MicroSD and make sure you've copied the correct firmware.
2. Press the MicroSD softly to ensure it's well attached.
On the left sidebar click "Flashing SD Card With Image>>Tools and Instructions to Image SD Card. Scroll up to the page and find t9+-SD Tools.zip. Load t9+-SD Tools.zip to your computer in a convenient file location.
Flashing Instructions :
1. Remove control board from miner assembly.
2. Know your control board model and enable it to flash using the SD card. (See three types of control boards explanation below)
3. Insert MicroSD card into computer and format to FAT32.
4. Unzip the downloaded t9+-SD Tools.zip and copy the contents to the MicroSD card.
5. Insert the MicroSD card into the card slot on the control board
6. Power on the control board. Allow at least 90 seconds for the files to load automatically. When loaded, the red and green indicator lights on the control board will blink.
7. Power on the control board and access the miner interface. Go to the Upgrade page and Uncheck “Keep Settings”. Flash the firmware and run the miner for 20 minutes.
Note that there are three types of control boards and each of them requires a different way to enable flashing.

Download the v9-SD Tools.zip by go to the left sidebar, found and click "Flashing SD card with image" >> "Tools and Instructions to Image SD card" -> "v9-SD Tools.zip" Note that Z9 mini uses the V9 recovery file.
Extract the "v9-SD Tools.zip" files. And copy the extracted files as below to FAT32 SD Card
Remove the SD card from computer.
Power off miner (unplug the power core).
Insert the SD card properly to the miner.

Power off miner (unplug the power core). Then remove the SD card.
Power on miner. Now, miner have been restored to the factory setting.
Please uncheck “keep setting” and reload the firmware. Load either the V9 or the Z9 mini firmware according to the type of miner you have. Please refer to the website below for the video about how to upgrade the firmware https://youtu.be/iFQ_0P3USBs
First confirm the DHCP mode of network has been opened, and routers, network cable are normal, and then use the method in the following link to restore factory settings.
If it is still not working, you need to ship the control board back for repair.
2. After changing the network, the miner cannot get the IP address
If the mine is set up with a static IP, modifying the IP or restoring factory settings can help to get the new IP, and if not, please refer to 1.
Case 2: the miner power off during the upgrading process
Repower the miner and if it is not working, please refer to the above method.
Case 3: the hash board cannot be detected
If miner can only detect two or three hashboards, replace the miner's control board with good known control board from other miner, and if it still has the same issue, it means hashboard(s) is/are damaged, please ship the item back to us for repair.
Case 4: the miner cannot detect the fan
If the miner can only detect one fan, or no fan can be detected, replace good fans and if it is still not working, replace the miner's control board with the other miner to see if the fan port on the control board is damage, if it has the same issues, please ship the control board back for repair.
Case 5: the miner crashed during the upgrading process
If the miner is stuck in the upgrading page, this may be caused by the browser, and it is recommended to use Firefox or Google Chrome.
