S9K does not support board stacking. If the control board is not faulty, please export the complete kernel log and analyze it for further investigation.

1\ Test the diode value and voltage of the 3 transistors Q5,Q14,and Q15 comparing the working hashboard. 2\ Test the DC-DC circuit.Remove all components related to short circuits on the board. 3\ Connect Q5 Pin-G to D3 and inspect the boost section for any issues.

IP address conflict. Connect the miner's network cable to the laptop and check if you can obtain an IP address and access the internet. Then,reconfigure the static IP address.

Check the miner status,there different frequency and no fan speed. 1st,eliminate the power supply as a possible cause. 2nd,try reprogramming the PIC of the hashboard with a frequency of 500. After reprogramming, the frequency should be 550. 3rd,do single-board test for the hashboard with 0 hashrate.
When the machine is running, does it consistently restart despite attempts to flash the firmware?

First check the fans. The fan error rate has increased, leading to a decrease in hashrate, and ultimately resulting in a network failure. If changing the fan can't solve the problem, check the network again. If it still doesn't work, the CPU of the control board may be faulty.

If the PSU and mosfet are OK,it may be caused by 1\ The voltage configuration in the CONFIG file has been set the too high. 2\ The abnormal voltage domains or ground issues 3\ The abnormal signals Is there full asic? Replace the U22 and the capacitors,resistors,mosfets around it.It is possible that they were not completely replaced, resulting in a failure when powering up.
What could be the issue if the S9K DC-DC output for headphones is too high at 10.8V, while it should be normal at 10.2V?

Check whether there is full chips from kernel log. If missing chips,do single-board test. If the chip's hashrate is low, replace it. Check the 3 hashboards temp sensor model,keep them the same.
On the S9i machine test, is there a significant number of chips but insufficient hashrate?
